You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and make bookings on our Platform.

When you make a booking through Vishram Homes: - You enter into a direct contractual relationship with the property host - Vishram Homes acts as an intermediary facilitating the transaction - You agree to provide accurate and complete booking information - Bookings are subject to availability and host approval - You must comply with the property's house rules and policies - Additional guests beyond the booked capacity may incur extra charges We reserve the right to cancel bookings that violate our policies or appear fraudulent.

Payment obligations: - Full payment or a deposit is required at the time of booking - Remaining balances are charged according to the booking's payment schedule - All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated - Taxes (including GST) are included or displayed at checkout - Service fees are non-refundable - Currency conversion fees may apply for international payments Accepted payment methods: UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking, and Wallets.

Cancellation terms vary by property and are displayed at the time of booking: - Free cancellation window: Typically 24-48 hours after booking - Partial refund: Based on how far in advance you cancel - No refund: Cancellations made within the check-in window - Host-initiated cancellations: Full refund provided - No-show: No refund applicable Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method. Vishram Homes liability limitations: - We are not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of listed properties - We do not guarantee the accuracy of property descriptions or photos - We are not liable for issues arising during your stay - Our liability is limited to the service fees charged for the booking - We are not responsible for force majeure events - Users agree to indemnify Vishram Homes against claims arising from their use Travel insurance is recommended for all bookings.

Your data privacy is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these terms by reference. Key points: - We collect only necessary data for platform operation - Your data is encrypted and securely stored - We do not sell personal information to third parties - You can request data access, correction, or deletion - We comply with applicable data protection laws By using our Platform, you consent to the collection and use of data as described in our Privacy Policy.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra. For disputes, we encourage users to first contact our support team for resolution. If unresolved, disputes may be submitted to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. These terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Vishram Homes regarding platform usage.
